What this is
A personal site rebuilt as a small full-stack application. The public side holds the introduction, competitions, and projects. Behind the login are the server monitor, a private Git host, and the settings that keep the whole thing alive.
It is deliberately one person wide: one password, one owner, no sign-up flow, no analytics, and no feed.

- Astro 7 in server mode, running on Node
- A small JSON-backed store for profile, projects, and uploads
- Bare Git repositories served over smart HTTP
- Docker Compose with the app, a Git sidecar, and Nginx
